AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATIONS

An availability calendar is provided herein for each cabin, #1 and #2.  Simply scroll to your desired cabin, month & date.  Then contact us to lock into your request.  Check in time: 1 PM.  Check out: 10 AM

 

YEAR-ROUND RATES

Nightly: $135.00 (2 nights minimum) +
10% occupancy & state tax.
Weekly: $700.00 + 10% occupancy & state tax.
Cleaning fees and security fees are waived.

POLICIES

DEPOSITS: A one nite rate deposit received within 5 days after booking date, will hold your cabin. Balance of rental fee is due during your stay. We accept personal checks and cash only, as a form of payment.

CANCELATIONS  We will refund the full deposit amount, having received your notice, up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received within 15 days, and no-shows, will forfeit the full deposit UNLESS we are able to re-rent the cabin.

OTHER  Sorry, NO PETS – though we love ‘em too.

          NO SMOKING inside the cabins.
